The room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The location was excellent, with easy access to Plaza Independiencia and the old city. The staff spoke English well and provided helpful information. The price was surprisingly low.

The location of this hotel was perfect, it allowed us to explore the city because of its proximity to the main tourist area. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious and fresh fruits and pastries. the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome.

The soundproofing in the walls was inadequate as we could hear the traffic noise and outside noise which affected our sleep. the room could use some refreshing touches, such as replacing the carpet, and tightening of some fittings.

The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, which provided the perfect rest after a day out exploring the city. the hotel was conveniently located close to some of the city's most popular attractions and shopping areas. Finally, the breakfast buffet offered an impressive array of options to start the day.

On the negative side, the hotel was located on a busy street, making it quite noisy at night. some of the staff didn't provide accurate information about nearby places of interest, which was frustrating.
